We are a service-oriented organization and strive to be the best in the field. We continuously work at providing the best possible servicing to our clients and their families and being accountable for that service.

Our employees are
- Educated on the scope of services they provide and respect client confidentiality.
- Screened for criminal activity, fingerprinted through Live Scan, and tested for controlled substances
- Trained to respect client and employee boundaries - such as borrowing money, lending money, or contributing to any activity, which deters clients’ self-reliance.
- Knowledgeable of generic services available to the developmentally disabled population.
- Respectful to the client and family. They exercise professional judgment and advocate against exploitation or harm.
- Mandated reporters for Dependent Adult Abuse and Child Abuse.
- Prohibited to discriminate on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, political belief, religion, socio-economic status, weight or mental or physical disability.
